v When planning a
graduation party open house, a good rule of thumb is to plan for half of your
guests at any one time. This is a starting
point for determining your equipment needs.

any special occasion can make for a festive atmosphere and is a good way to
hedge against inclement weather (rain, direct sunlight, etc.). A tent is a great way to keep the event outside
and reduce the traffic in your home. v Some of our

Table covering can dress up your event. v An ice cream cart can be a great
edition to your event and who can pass up cold refreshing treat on a hot
afternoon. Also, they can create extra
freezer / cold storage space. v If your event
plans will continue into the evening hours you may consider rope lights
to create some soft light and keep your guests safe. v The most popular
weekends for graduations are the 3rd and 4th weekend in
June. You may want to consider
weekends late in May or early in July to avoid chaos and conflicts with other
graduation parties. v Reserve your
dates early for both your equipment rental and caterers. It is best to reserve your dates 2 – 4
months in advance since the 3rd and 4th weekend in June
